75 Days of Building, Selling, Shipping, and Learning
What 75 days of product shipping, brand conversations, and AI search experiments taught us.
Hi everyone,
Posting after a long time.
My last post was in February 2026, and honestly, the last 75 days have been all about one Building and selling.
Not talking about just building and planning endlessly.
Actually building.
Actually selling.
Actually learning from customers.
Actually shipping.
And in these 75 days, both SearchScore AI and DareAISearch have moved forward significantly.
SearchScore AI: From V5 to V7 in 75 Days
When we started working on SearchScore AI, the goal was simple:
Help brands understand how visible they are in AI search.
But over the last few months, the product has evolved from being just an AI visibility checker to becoming a much sharper diagnostic layer for brands.
In the last 75 days, we moved from V5 to V7.
V7: Visual Overhaul & AI Search Sandbox
V7 has been the biggest visual overhaul since SearchScore V1.
We completely refreshed the UI to make it cleaner, sharper, and easier to understand.
Because one thing became very clear to us:
A score is useful only when people can understand what it means and what they should do next.
With V7, we introduced:
A completely refreshed UI designed for clarity
Better readability across sections
Easier interpretation of AI visibility data
Toolkits across key terms for actionable guidance
AI Search Sandbox, where users can manually enter a prompt and check brand performance on ChatGPT in real time
The AI Search Sandbox is especially exciting because it makes AI visibility more tangible.
Instead of only looking at a report, users can now ask the kind of questions their potential customers may be asking and see where their brand stands.
That changes the conversation.
V6: SearchScore Breakdown & Competitive Intelligence
Before V7, we shipped V6 with some important foundational improvements.
V6 introduced:
Detailed SearchScore breakdown
Clear visibility into how the AI visibility score is calculated
Richer traditional search data
Improved keyword and ranking insights
Enhanced competitive analysis
Side-by-side brand comparisons
PDF report downloads
Overall accuracy and reporting quality improvements
This version helped us move closer to one of our core beliefs:
Brands should not just know their AI visibility score.
They should know why that score exists.
Because once you know the why, you can start improving it.
DareAISearch: From Platform to Operating System
While SearchScore AI was evolving rapidly, DareAISearch also went through major upgrades.
Over the last 75 days, we delivered strong results for brands across:
Mentions
Citations
Rankings
Organic traffic
AI visibility
And in some cases, even revenue
But the best part was not just the results.
The best part was that many of the product improvements came directly from feedback shared by brands actively using the platform.
That is when the product starts becoming real.
Not when it looks good in a demo.
Not when it works well in a controlled environment.
But when real brands use it, question it, break it, report bugs, and push you to make it better.
What We Improved Inside DareAISearch
One of the biggest upgrades was the unified integration of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Brands can now view search performance and analytics performance in one place.
This matters because traditional SEO and AI search visibility cannot be looked at in isolation anymore.
The same brand journey may start on Google, move to ChatGPT, get influenced by YouTube, and eventually convert through organic, direct, or branded search.
Search is no longer one channel.
Search is becoming a connected decision layer.
We also improved our weekly cadence intelligence.
The goal here is to make reporting less about static updates and more about real intelligence.
What changed?
Why did it change?
What should the brand do next?
That is the direction we are building towards.
We also improved our blog generator intelligence.
Content today cannot just be SEO-first.
It needs to be structured for traditional search, AI search, answer engines, and brand authority. The content layer inside DareAISearch is being built with that future in mind.
Another small but meaningful metric:
Platform usage by our internal team increased by 10%.
This matters a lot to me.
Because before any external user fully believes in the platform, the internal team has to use it as part of their daily operating system.
If your own team does not use the product deeply, you are not building a product.
You are building a dashboard.
And we do not want DareAISearch to be just another dashboard.
The Best Bug Reports Are the Ones That Come at 1 AM
We also received a lot of bug reports from brands using the platform.
At first glance, bug reports may look like a problem.
But when brands are opening the DareAISearch platform at 1 AM, 9 AM, and 3 PM, reporting issues, checking insights, asking questions, and using the data actively, it gives you confidence.
It tells you that people care.
It tells you the platform is entering their workflow.
It tells you that you are building in the right direction.
A product nobody uses has no bugs.
A product people depend on will always surface bugs, edge cases, questions, and improvement areas.
That is part of the journey.
AI Citation Index: April 2026
We also launched our AI Citation Index for April 2026.
This is one of the most interesting intelligence layers we are building at DareAISearch.
The goal is to understand which platforms and websites AI search engines actually cite before giving users an answer.
And in April 2026, one major insight stood out:
Reddit came back as the top citation source for brands in India, followed by YouTube.
This is important because it shows that AI search visibility is not just about your website.
It is also about your presence across the wider internet.
Forums.
Communities.
Video platforms.
Review platforms.
Publisher websites.
Marketplaces.
Social platforms.
AI search engines are not only reading your website.
They are reading the web around your brand.
That is why the future of search visibility is not just SEO.
It is SEO + GEO + content + community + reputation + authority + structured intelligence.
Where We Are Headed
With DareAISearch, our goal is simple:
To become the operating system of search visibility.
A platform that helps brands get:
Mentioned
Ranked
Cited
Discovered
And chosen
Across both traditional search engines and AI search engines.
Google is still important, SEO is still important, But the search journey is changing.
People are asking ChatGPT.
They are comparing on Perplexity.
They are discovering through Gemini.
They are watching YouTube.
They are reading Reddit.
They are checking reviews.
They are moving across multiple touchpoints before making a decision.
Brands need one unified system to understand and improve visibility across all of this.
That is what we are building.
We Are Just Getting Started
The last 75 days have been intense.
A lot of building.
A lot of selling.
A lot of feedback.
A lot of bug fixing.
A lot of product decisions.
A lot of customer conversations.
But most importantly, a lot of clarity.
SearchScore AI is becoming sharper as an AI visibility diagnostic platform.
DareAISearch is becoming stronger as the operating system for search visibility.
And we are still very early.
The next phase will be about going deeper into intelligence, automation, reporting, and helping brands understand not just where they stand, but what they should do next.
We are just getting started.
